Configure the chat of WorkAdventure¶

Those settings are only available for premium world.

Configuration features¶

If you want to edit the settings of the chat, you must go to the admin panel, and click on the edit button of the world. Once in the modal of World settings, swipe to the chat section.

Enable or disable chat¶

This will not disable all chat, but only ChatRooms and forums; the timeline will remain active.

Enable or disable online user's list¶

This will show or hide the online user's list.

Enable or disable disconnected user's list¶

This will show or hide the disconnected user's list.

Enable or disable file upload in chat¶

This will show or hide the upload button in the chat. If enabled, it will let each user upload a file in a chat.

Forums¶

You can create a room where everybody in the world can access. We call them "Forums".

You can create, edit or delete all your forums from the administration panel of a world.

Create a forum¶

1. Click on the "create" button.

   

2. You must fill a name for the new forum that will be created. You can also fill a description, it's not mandatory.

   

3. Click on create and there you go, your forum is created.
