What is the difference between the Free and the paid plans?
When you sign up, you get the Free plan, and a one-month free trial of the premium features. You can move to a paid plan at any time.
The Free plan
- Up to 10 people connected at the same time, with no time limit
- Audio, video and chat, conferences with speaker zones, screen sharing, direct messages, status, virtual backgrounds and noise reduction
- Map templates, the map editor, embedded apps, gamification and one AI bot
- Public rooms: anyone with the link can come in
The paid plans
There are two. Event is billed per day and per user, for a one-off event. Business is billed per month or per year and per user, for a remote office. Both add:
- More capacity: you choose how many people can be connected at the same time, and pay for that number
- Members, tags and rights, access limited to specific email addresses, SSO, and the right to ban or kick people
- Recording, and live streaming to YouTube
- Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Google Calendar and Google Meet integrations
- Personalised avatars, white label and your own domain name
- Analytics, the visitors list, webhooks, a Customer Success Manager, an onboarding expert, priority support and an uptime SLA
