In WorkAdventure a classroom is a place on the map, not a link: you set an area of your map as a meeting room once, and the video call starts on its own for everyone who walks into it. Students go to the room, not to their inbox. To set it up In the map editor, draw the area that is your classroom or lecture hall. Turn on the meeting-room property for that area. Anyone standing inside it is in the same call. Give students the address of your space once, at the start of the year. A lecture-sized room works the same way as a small group room. The difference is only how big you draw it. Because the room has a fixed place, a student who arrives late simply walks in, and a student who has to leave and come back does not need a new link. If you also need to reach everyone at once, whichever room they are in, send a global message (paid plans).
