What is the difference between the online version of WorkAdventure and the self-hosted version?

The self-hosted version is the WorkAdventure platform, installed on your own servers from the source code on GitHub. It contains everything you need to display maps and talk to people.

The online version is the same platform, connected to the administration panel. The panel is where you manage members and their tags, decide who can enter which room, handle reports and bans, send global messages, and set up SSO and white label. None of this is available in the self-hosted version.

Some features work in both, such as recording meetings.
