Can students use our existing tools without leaving the campus?

Yes. Most websites can be embedded directly in your map.

Teaching tools. Miro, Google Suite, Notion, Trello, a Moodle page, a form, a video: put the URL on an area or an object and it opens in a panel beside the map when someone walks up to it. Several tools can be opened at the same time. Warning, some tools may refuse to be embedded for security reasons, so test the URL before the course starts.

Calendars. A WorkAdventure room can be the meeting location in Google Calendar.

Sign-in. With Single Sign On, students and teachers use the school account they already have. See how to control access for cohorts and staff.
