What is the difference between a public and a private map?
When you create your virtual space, you get a map URL to invite other people.
On the Free plan, your map is public. There is a single URL, and anyone who has it can enter at any time.
On a paid plan, you can close the door. The URL stays the same for everyone, but you decide who gets through it. Require authentication so visitors must sign in, turn off self-registration so only the members you have added can enter, and use tags to control who may access which rooms. Members can also receive an auto login token, a personal connection link that signs them in automatically. It is a convenience for your members that you typically use in an event where users will connect only once. For regular users (in a virtual office setting), use the classic login/password flow or connect with SSO.
